ABOUT THE BUSINESS MEDIATION SERVICE

The Business Mediation Service is an independent consultancy run by Robert Ballantine.

He has provided consultancy services and worked at senior management level in a wide range of organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors. A graduate and Chartered Marketer, he is an experienced professional mediator (10 years) and trainer holding workplace assessor/verifier certificates for the SVQ level 4 in Mediation.

Robert has recently retired after seven years as team leader of Dundee and Angus Community Mediation Services run by Sacro, the Scotland wide community safety organisation.

Robert also collaborates when appropriate with a number of experienced associates in the field of mediation, HR management and other relevant professions.

The mediation process is normally conducted by one or two mediators depending on the circumstances of each case.
